Loyola Grand Villas, August 2012 Site Turnover!

A Collector's Home
Home of Atty. Rannie Mendoza & Mrs. Grace Mendoza

An original "Joya" -- just one of the 40 plus artworks that we have installed

The plan was to create a design that is functional, comfortable  and beautiful. Not to mention a space planning that would fit all their priced furniture pieces, and art collections with tons of designer "personal" belongings. This site is our biggest work this year.

The ground floor plan was to put extension to the leftmost area and create a functional living room area; to create an extension at the back area to make way for the new kitchen, and convert the garage area into a game room.

For the 2nd Floor Plan
To extend the master's bedroom into its terrace and create a room for the youngest boy, and to have a 3rd floor loft that will serve as the working area of ma'am Grace. To organize all their personal belongings and furnish each room; change all bathroom tiles and fixtures.

An artwork of Miel (left most) and entry to the family room (straight) and game room (right side), the living/dining entry (left)

The Living Room Extension
The extended area serves as the new living room area and music area with big picture windows to view the garden. The wall serves as a mini area for some of the "mother & child" collection. New hardwood floors from Artekol was installed. The sitting area for visitors are for complimenting and viewing the big aquarium at the leftmost side.

Dining Area
The new dining area holds their most priced oriental dining table and chairs. It also holds their oriental cabinets, an antique, carved console/buffet and mirror.

The New Kitchen
I really love what I did here! it's a combination of "old world" and "industrial". I think, this was the best kitchen design that I have ever done.
